I called fitbit for customer support and the "agent" asked me to download this app to help set up the account. Well before long he was asking me to go on amazon and purchase a gift card. Very scary experience and I'm still wondering what kind of information this scammer could have accessed. Beware of anyone asking you to download this app.

Be mindful. This app has been review bombed because individuals fell for scams. This is NOT the fault of the app, this is the fault of the scammers and people not being aware and cautious enough. The app does exactly what it is intended to, and it does it better than any other mobile option I've tried up to this point.

!!!! NOT DOWNLOAD !!!! UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES DO NOT DOWNLOAD. Used for SCAMS. RED FLAG: IF THE AGENT ASKS FOR FULL CONTROL OF YOUR PHONE. I almost believed I talked with a Lufthansa agent, after I couldn't check-in to my flight. Not sure if the developers are the scammers, or if the scammers use this independently. In any case, don't download and be aware!
