The LogMeIn Rescue Customer allows support technicians to troubleshoot a problem you are having on your Android device. To use this application you must be receiving support from a technician who is using LogMeIn Rescue and will provide you a pin code to start the session.

Technicians have the ability to chat, transfer files, view system diagnostic information, pull and push APN configurations (Android 2.3), push and pull WiFi configuration, and more. Remote control is available on the latest devices from Samsung, HTC, Motorola, Huawei, Sony, Vertu, Kazam and more.

How to use:
1) Install the application
2) Launch the application from your Applications folder
3) Enter the six digit pin code given to you by your support technician
4) Allow your trusted support technician to connect to your device

This app uses the Device Administrator permission.

LogMeIn Rescue Customer uses accessibility service in order to provide full remote control of this device during a Rescue session. LogMeIn Rescue does not track or control any action or behaviour through this service outside of a Rescue session.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP! While it can be used by a trusted technician to solve phone problems it is used much more often by Scammers! Believe the negative reviews! Scammers use this app to gain complete control of your device and to gain unlimited access to all the data on your device! If it's already installed on your phone, UNINSTALL IT NOW! It was installed on my phone without my permission but I noticed it and quickly got rid of it. In many cases, it can't be Uninstalled! DANGEROUS APP!

Everything went very smoothly. Ravi B was very helpful in helping to solve all the technical problems with my phone and to get Norton 360 set up right. I really appreciate all his help, and he was very cautious with me being slow at doing what he asked me to perform on the phone. He was very nice and I really enjoyed him helping me with my phone problems. I pray if I ever have to get a technician again it be him. Tell him I said thank you again, and I hope he has a very blessed night.

My Technician was awesome and really knows his computers/ phone He was easy to follow and very kind. I really appreciated getting all those annoying adds and pop ups removed. He is totally great at his job and I appreciate having his help today. Thank you very much!
