Please add a tablet layout for foldable devices. Foldables are in their sixth generation and need to be supported properly instead of giving us a stretched out app with poor usage of space. Please add Dark Mode support. This has been a feature in Android since version 9.0......... We're going into version 15 of Android and we still don't have this feature support from you guys. It's unacceptable. No one wants to look at all this blinding white in 2024.

The app is not responsive. When I go to use the keyboard on the phone, the app does not repagenate so that I can see what I am inputting. Because the keyboard slides up from the bottom, it will slide over the field on typing in and I can't see what I'm typing. This is particularly frustrating when trying to reset a password. It also happens when you try to use the chat bot. Do a little user experience research on your app and you will find all of the frustrations built into your app.

Overall the worst travel app out there with Zero improvement the past several years. It continually drops my info, log-on, password, history, etc. The site info is not updated, i.e.- the last two places we stayed the Pool was out of commission. *I need to know that Before we arrive so we can make other plans before 9p. 😠😠😠 It's just plain simplier to call the hotels and speak with a person. 😒 And don't get me started on booking the resorts. Beware, it's a nightmare.
