Ratings and reviews

I recently used the Jio app for my Airfiber installation, and my experience has been very frustrating. The app is user-friendly, but the service has major issues. When the representative came to collect my payment, they assured me that the installation would be completed within 24 hours. However, it has now been 10 days, and no one has come to install the service, nor has my request been canceled. The customer service experience needs significant improvement. I hope they can address these issues

No option to connect with technical support!! This is very hard to believe that jio which is good very renounced company but their application doesn't have tech support number to get assistance in case of issues. My internet went down when I was in the middle of something important, and the jio app just recommend to reboot the modem if you go to run diagnostics, i tried so hard to find any way to connect with tech support agent however, just got suggestion to reboot the router only.

5G speed sucks. There is extreme latency with everything on Jio network. If I want to open a website, it takes at least 30 seconds to open the page. Apps also jitter due to slow/high latency. Network is unstable. I switched from Airtel for a better experience but Jio sucks more. Both are exploiting people as BSNL is still living in an ancient world.
