doesn't accurately report parking availability. fully knowing what's available in my city, curiously downloaded and did a search in my destination area for 1) ANY available parking within walking vicinity 2) available EV spaces in the ENTIRE city (not just my destination). only one result yielded for the former, and it was roughly 2mi from my ultimate destination. was pretty excited for the reported Android Auto support, but who cares- this app isn't even as useful as a paper tourist map

The experience is: you park, you get a dialog to turn on / off the sms alerts (which is additional price) and some other thing I don't even remember. Then you get a dialog to add insurance to your parking, then some unrelated ads (cooking vouchers is the one I remember). Then you get a mail the day after to rate your parking, give feedback, interact with them. But if you try to contact a parking owner, nobody answers and nobody checks. I understand you struggle to monetize, guys, but cmon.

Hi Cristiano, thanks for your feedback. You can disable SMS reminders from your account, if preferred. Regarding being unable to contact the space owner, that should not be the case. If you could please send us the details of your booking to help@justpark.com we will have that looked into.

Slow app, difficult to manoeuvre, and cancellation for no reason. I have used this a few times now for traveling to Twickenham. It is tricky to move around when it is busy, as all the sold out spaces are still visible for some odd reason. Searching areas dynamically is very poor. Worst of all, I had 2 bookings cancelled the day before an event by the parking owner, with no solution or compensation. I guess they managed to get a better price from someone else. I was left high and dry.
