Won't recommend you guys this digital wallet. Guess what they did to me ? My unverified khalti account received money and I can't return it since they won't allow you to do any transactions for unverified members. I tried to verify it and then they didn't let me because I was already a khalti user. I tried contacting their customer support but as expected poor service and they won't even reverse the transaction. They even didn't let me verify that account with my friends details.

Khalti is possibly the worst payment app in Nepal. I dont know whats wrong with khalti or they are genuinely dishonest to their customers. During large transactions like booking airplane tickets, it deducts double the amount without completing the booking. When I called customer care, they said they needed a few hours to fix the issue. After multiple calls and waiting 7 to 8 hours, they said they couldn't complete the transaction and would refund the money, wasting both time and effort

One of the most annoying thing in life is pushing updates when we try to scan QR for payment and can't pay until we fully update Khalti app. We should also be able to make payment even before fully updating khalti app.
