Ratings and reviews

The app itself is kind of a mess. I get that they're trying to sell the experience of the fun stuff, but what I need is the basic information in an easier to use space. From there you can add fun pop-ups or incentives. As is, it's annoying at best and makes me want to use a different app to track the fitness end of things.

It is useful to track your walking. I use the pad at work with my standing desk. At first I was put off by the app size (massive! More than 600 MB). I don't need the gamification features. On my third time to download the app, I finally found the simple 'just walk' control, and it works great. App pairs quickly with the walking pad. Phone can serve as an additional remote. A lite version of the app would be welcome.

I was very excited that my new deer run walking pad used this app. I can connect just fine, but halfway into an event, it starts to lag and then disconnect. Upon connecting again, all of my work is gone. I'm very frustrated with this app, 45 minutes into my first use, and I'm disappointed. I'll just use it without the app Update: Im still have issues, even after up ate. Every time I want to join an event or upload a run because I have to use it off the app, it still has connection issues. 👎👎👎
