It's fast convenient and you can pay your bill before the due date or put double the amount that's requested on your auto schedule monthly account to lower your balance as your payment continues monthly. Will definitely be alot easy for me than answering a whole bunch of questions every time I speak with a phone personal just to identify myself. Thanks in advance

So far not a great experience. Instead of being able to sign up with my new card and access my information, I had to call customer service (twice mind you, thought I just needed to activate my card) and verify my information with them, confirm my email address through my email account, finally able to set up an account, then their rep tells me that I cannot access my account for 10 DAYS. I've never had this issue with any of my other banking apps. Get better.

1. The app would not allow me to set up auto pay. 2. Customer service gave me wrong information in order to successfully enable auto pay. 3. After an app update, I was able to set up "autopay", but then later was notified that I had a late payment even tho auto pay was successfully set up and "ON". 4. I tried making a payment but was told I can't until a weekday. Bread Financial has a lot of work to do in order to get their app usability to meet customers basic needs.
