Ratings and reviews

Going offline for no reason and then unable to reconnect, makes this camera pointless to have. For about a week it worked fine. It is on the same wifi and plugged into an outlet just like my ring camera which is working perfectly and hasn't gone offline once. If someone is out of town there is no way to get this stupid camera to work, it has to be removed and reconnected in person, so you are screwed.

App is terrible, it loads then fails on playback. Cameras worked decent for some time, now 1 won't even connect to the wifi, it was just moved from 1 residence to a new 1 & just to get that process working is a procedure that's a hassle. You can't always just hit reset and everything works to connect it, you have to unplug it then immediately hit reset to get it to flash. The light is supposed to flash blue fast but it flashes slow, but also at times flashes red but fast. Making it confusing.

UI freaking sucks and so does the storage access, especially when you're trying to look at past footage to see who just knocked on your door. It will either act like it's loading and will eventually say it couldn't load footage or it will let you look at one video successfully then when you go to watch the next one, it immediately says unable to load.
