Forced onto app to access power move etc, have tried many times to opt into the solar panel offer but screen is incomplete after I press 'continue' and opt in is not displayed. Potentially losing a lot of banked credits. Have uninstalled and reinstalled, cleared cache, nothing works. Clearly a programming issue.

This app used to be brilliant but recently they have changed something you use to be able to see your live usage (amount used in £) now it doesn't even give me an up to date balance saying I have a big amount in credit but when you check with advisor it isn't the case! It's not showing my bills coming off the balance! Don't know what you have done OVO but be great if you can sort as I'm fed up with having to keep contact you to see what my balance is!

Constantly advising wrong ID or password...reset password less than a week ago, it worked...gone to sign in today "Wrong ID or password". Message for OVO I will pay my bill when I can see it". 29th Nov update. Here we go again, triple checked my details, uninstalled app, reinstalled, details written down. I'm done with this app, uninstalled. October 25th 2024 ID is not recognised yet again, the password to be reset AGAIN! Tried this four times tod, still awaiting an email to reset password....
