Works well, but description of how to use needs to be better. Current instructions ask to print the ticket etc., Which is confusing. But you can figure it out if you play with it a bit. It's faster to use this app than going into the office. Plus it has option to email receipt for expenses. A nice add on would be a live count of open parking spots.

work great. just wish there was a funtion to call for pick up. did not need it but would be nice if it was added. also place to save parking space would help out a lot.

Easy to use. I like how it shows all the coupon options and how it can be applied. I'm so glad I don't have to print them anymore. Also, I've used them for several years and have never ever had any issues. Shuttles are always on-time, drivers are courteous and the parking lot is safe and convenient.
