Attention Android users that cannot open the app: try clearing cache and storage and restarting app. You will need to re-login. This worked for me. The app is the only way to successfully file reports for places that don't have addresses as calling 311 on the phone they won't accept a report without an "official" address (even if Google gives one).

Absolute garbage, just like the city and government it pretends to serve. It doesn't work at all, and hasn't worked in quite a long time. Deleted, reinstalled, spun ariund in circles 10 times and clicked my heels together. Nothing works. I'm not working with a cheap or ancient phone, either. This is what our tax money pays for. Pitiful.

I've tried to log issues for the past 2 years, and even today when I try to "Attach Photo" or "Attach file" to an issue I just get an immediate popup that says "Attachment failed." If I hit "Retry" it continues to fail. Useless. I'm an Android user, and yes, I've cleared my cache.
