Our My Rio Rewards™ program is as mild or as spicy as you are. How? It’s because we don’t pre-decide your reward. You get to choose! For every $1 spent on food and beverages, you earn 1 point. When you reach 100 points, we serve you a $10 app credit. That app credit can be used toward ANY Cafe Rio food or beverage item. And, app credits do not expire. When it comes to mild or spicy, we’re clearly spicy because this Rewards program is hot!

In addition to rewards, the Cafe Rio app gives you fast and easy access to mobile ordering, order status tracking, special offers, location information and more.

• Ordering: Easily reorder your favorites from your Recent & Favorite Orders or place a new order. Choose pick-up or curbside (where available).
• Order Ready Service: On the main rewards page, you’ll see when your order is ready. Enable location services and push notifications and we’ll share progress with you.
• Location Finder: Easily find Cafe Rio locations with turn-by-turn directions or call us with “one-touch” dialing.

After the last update, the app does not work. A blank black screen is all I see. I don't know if the new update fixed the issue because I cleared the cache and data and tried again. When it asked for my email and password the result was my password did not meet the minimum requirements. Which forced me to use the forgot my password option. End result is the update wouldn't let me login with my existing password.

Update April. 1 - NO FIX FOR MY PROBLEM IN OVER A MONTH!! Still crashes every time I try to order. TERRIBLE! ------- After the most recent update this app has completely stopped working for me. When trying to place an order, if I try to enter info in any field requiring keyboard input, the app fails with "unknown error occurs". I've uninstalled multiple times. No good. Now I can't get my Cafe Rio!

I ordered delivery thru the app. It is easy to use. My only issue is that there is no place to leave instructions for the driver. I'm disabled, and have a hard time bending over. I leave instructions to put the food in a specific place when the app allows me. I did try to contact the driver after receiving a txt message from the service, but I don't know if it went thru. When I received the food, I had to get it from the ground because the only instruction was leave at door. Please fix this.
