These applications will not be available instantly, as they will require approval before releasing the Railcard (Typically 48 hours).

It just stopped working. There was a notification about the app needing to be updated. I checked and have the latest version 1.60. I tried uninstalling and re adding the Railcard. It just says "Oops! Something went wrong" Now I'm stuck, as I'm traveling on Friday and have no way to show my Railcard. Fix the app fast.

We bought a 'Two Together' Railcard for my mobile phone using the Railcard App which seems to work ok. However, when it came to payment on the website, there was an offer of "£16.87 cash back". This was very deceptive as you might think it's cashback for a rail ticket purchase, but it's not. It's for a shopping website. I felt totally deceived. The shopping website doesn't make it easy to cancel your subscription either, you have to download a form or phone there contact centre. So beware!

Dodgy software. has lost my details requiring obtaining a new download code at least twice during the three years of validity. if you change your phone at any time, account details not transferred to new phone like most Google apps does. maybe best to stick with a paper version.
