I have used seat gurantee feature with wait list of 35 and 36 and still got both seats confirmed that too both lower birth. Worst app ever. It maybe good when it comes to refund as it provides it instantly but I had a very bad experience with this app recently. It said if my reservation is not confirmed then it will provide 3x of what I paid but it didn't provide me with confirmed ticket neither with the 3x refund. It gave me a coupon which I have to use within next 1 week and it cant be used in travel route other than the one we booked the previous ticket for so ultimately it's totally useless. Very dissatisfied.

Worst app to book tickets. Booked the train tickets worth 542 got a refund of 245 only. 3×refund is completely scam I would have given -5 rating if it was available. Tried to contact customercare but couldn't connect. Book tickets on Amazon they provide full refund.
