I love the airport pick up and drop off options. Turn needs to find out if airport ramps are full or give better directions on where to drop off the car because two years in a row I have tried to drop off the car in the same ramp I picked it up from and both times they said it was full when I got back and then gave terrible directions for another overflow parking area (orlando). It would be much easier to have the expectation just to go to that overflow spot from the start!

This was a great idea but there's no room for errors for high stress situations and every little thing that could happen they charge and make money off of it, it needs more improvement, I wish there was a feature or part of insurance to cover when the unknown pops up and you tried your very best only to be charged fees. The car owners car charger was not working properly and I got lost. They still charged and my connection was lost as well.

Was worried when I saw some reviews on here. Although I had my first ride canceled on me a day before my trip I was easily able to find another ride within minutes that was even more for me than the original. Car ran great, was in perfect condition and had no problems with any of the hosts I interacted with. Fair pricing, great way to go for a road trip without adding the mileage to your own old reliable.
