The collections are good but I have very bad delivery experience. The delivery takes very long time. Also it comes late than the given date. I don't trust their delivery time. While I ordered it showed it will deliver in 3 days but after it got shipped it shows it deliver in 10 days. I couldn't cancel the product because it was already shipped. Also when I ordered the price was different. After the order was placed, they increased the price.

Amazing products with affordable price, easy use and great customer service 👍, I've use this application since a 5/6 year and I'm very happy with all the product. Sometimes there is a problem when there is a sale and my order gets canceled without informing me. But it is not the fault of the application, it is the fault of the delivery person. So all over amazing application with beautiful products.

Horrible horrible app. It crashes constantly. Tried to cancel an order (I'd put in the wrong address) for nearly two hours and the app didn't work at all. The next day it said it was shipped and couldn't cancel it after that. Atleast in Amazon they cancel the order if we call customer care. The customer care here were as helpful as a piece of rock. I want to exchange some items and put it up for exchange now. But the thing is, in the order details it shows that I have to pay more money?
