I got the paid version after using it for a week. It's exactly what it needs to be and nothing more. You set time intervals, name them, color code them, and it runs the timer and vibrates and reads off the names when the intervals change. It even works in the background when I'm listening to music. I use it all the time on spin bikes. It's a no brainer.

Works as advertised. Can set multiple countdowns, intervals, etc. I use this for workout set breaks (45 seconds) for walking/jogging intervals (2 mins walking, 45 seconds jogging), and battle ropes (45 seconds on, 15 seconds rest, for 8 sets). Timer speaks over music and anything else on the phone to state midpoint, and 3 second countdown to next internal. Colors can be customized and counter can be set to full screen. I use it for every workout.

App works really well. I wish I could save my timers without having to buy it. I only use into time strength training and hiit intervals so I don't need to purchase it. *edit* probably going to find a different one that doesn't get increasingly more difficult to use the free version. I don't need anything fancy and I hate having to back all the way out of timer to edit it
