New to the app and still learning and navigating thru it but it seems to be a very resourceful app. I'm very impressed with how interactive the app is and with the consistency in which the users show support for each other. The app really makes me feel like I'm actually a part of something real and more importantly, it makes me feel like I'm not alone. Something I actively struggle with on a day-to-day basis.

So overall its a great app to help keep track of my sober time. However seemingly overnight this app started to spam the hell out of my phone telling me "xx is requesting your support" I went to see if I could change that in settings except... I can't find where the hell the settings even is and where to go to change what notifications I receive.

I'm sorry you had that experience. Our goal is to connect people to help each other at scale, but we saw how those notifications were a little overwhelming, and we turned them off. I hope your doing well, and let me know if you need anything!

When I arrived here, I felt motivated to begin my journey. Meeting supportive people was great, but I was annoyed by all the fake people taking advantage, the perverts, and weirdos. I know this app can connect people who need real support, but I'm thinking of trying other apps that suit me better. I am grateful for the real supporters and genuine people. I hope the app fixes some of these important issues.
