Ratings and reviews

Used to love it, but glitchy and unreliable now. I get notifications about brands I follow adding new events but when I click the notification it just takes me to the app landing page, I can go into the "Following" tab but when I click on a brand the app just crahes out. Been happening for a week or two now on all brands, tried restarting and looked for app updates but there are none available. Also I've linked my Spotify numerous times, but it keeps prompting me to do it again.

All I am trying to do is send two of my tickets to other family members who are also going to City Splash. The share link constantly has an error message. As for getting help to resolve it. AI gone mad and I am still no closer to sending them. Totally unimpressed!!!

I see this app is no better. I'm correctly using the one and only email address I've ever had and no sign in links, reset passwords or anything else is coming through. Yet if I try and create an account it recognises it so there's clearly an account! Possibly the worst app I've ever had the misfortune to use and customer service isn't much better.
