Inconsistent and frustrating. You can add groceries/ save recipes with ease. However, 1. When selecting "replacements", the app doesn't always recognize the selection. 2. When responding to the text to "check-in" the link does not open (crashes and says app not responding due to a bug). This means you must go to the app to check-in. 3. The app check-in is not always an option. It's literally is not on the screen where it belongs. Which means you must call the store upon arrival! Please FIX ASAP

wegmans if you ever wondered why people don't do pick up it's because this app is beyond frustrating. the pick up process is the worst I've ever experienced. it won't let you check in at the store when you're there so you have to call the general store number and wait for the robot voice to get through the prompts and hopefully you'll get someone. then the changing of the pickup times to 12 hours later is delightful too.

App always crashes and won't work properly. Can't click from text message to open app and reply to shoppers or to let store know you are there have to call them. Cant approve or refund items from app. Has been like, this, for at least 3 months have reinstalled several times.when trying to pick a replacement it wont let you looks like this has been reported and not fixed. Needs bugs to be fixed.
