I have no problems with the service itself, the app does its job. I use it for paying groceries as well as MTR travel. I am giving it 4 stars as the app is constantly running in the background draining my battery. I have to forcefully restrict battery usage with the tradeoff of not receiving notifications instantly. My phone is a Galaxy S22 Ultra with all the latest Android and Google Play Services updates installed. Also note that ANT bank also suffers the same problem.

Transport feature is buggy, works once every 3 times, I have to close the app and try opening it again few times until it loads properly and opens the Transport QR code

[bug] please fix the bug. I can't even use the app at all as I cannot even set the password...no response after tapping confirm
