Ratings and reviews

While I was looking at my old accounts I found my account for this app. Completely forget about it. I tried to find a way to delete my account but there's no obvious way. Even the FAQ is vague. Any app not letting the user delete their account is suspicious. Reply to developer: it's an unnecessary annoyance to try to keep people on your system. Some people might not even go to the trouble of sending an email and have a unused account but they show in your number of users.

Even after trying again no one is getting back to me :( This time round Vicky from support simply ignores my messages. This is a recurring problem and they clearly know how to fix it yet no one is willing to help. Same issue again. 1 year later. Contacts disappearing and support is not coming back to me. I am a paying user.

My contacts stopped syncing up with my phone, however I can see all my contacts saved in the app. I tried all means and sent mails to support team twice. There is no response at all, !! Imagine someone receiving calls with only phone numbers, from everyone though thier numbers are saved with us. It's very difficult to identify everyone by his/ her voice!! At least there must have been a customer care number to talk to !! Not sure of, what kind of support we get here,
