Gone downhill, after a third time having to go back and forth over live chat about the most menial of issues with my photos i've given up. The same product visible in a previous photo is cropped out of the next one (Tiny store) resulting in a rejected task the second time round. Apparently they expect you to do this in your break time which I find amusing, an excuse that support often utilise i'm sure. They refuse to let you re-open a rejected task so you can expect to have to revisit for £3.

Fast payouts and the support and responsive and helpful. Good variety of jobs . Some of the checking tasks I think are a little low paid considering the effort and risk of missing something and not getting paid, but other than that I really love this app. Best mystery shopping app there is in my opinion !!

One of the best audit visit and mystery shop style apps out there for at least the past 3 years. Head office team are fair (mostly) with submissions, app is user friendly and team are responsive and supportive even if you have an issue with a visit (so long as you reach out to them BEFORE your visit gets rejected). "Booked" visits pay the best and are exclusive to you if you meet the criteria and are first to accept but not enough of these available. Great app for pocket money but little else.
