This application is brought to you by the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA), a Singapore Government Agency.
MyICA Mobile App (1) provides a one-stop platform for Singapore residents and foreign visitors to transact with ICA conveniently. The features include:
• SG Arrival Card (2) for residents and visitors to submit health declaration and arrival information
- Provide personal information with ease by scanning the passport biographical data page;
- Provide a group submission for up to 10 travellers; and
- Retrieve submitted records with ease.
• Gateway to e-Services & MyICA portal
- Access existing ICA e-services and MyICA portal on your mobile phone.

(1) The download and use of MyICA Mobile App is free of charge.

I think perhaps it's best to have in Chinese version of the app as well. It would be great. Hope to see it in Chinese version soon. As not all understand in English. Especially the elderly. Edited on 13/09/24 To the immigration, yes as per what you mentioned there's actually language translation. But it actually doesn't work at all. I tried it. I bet a lot of us did tried that as well.. just hope to see it in Chinese version soon.

Hi Joanna, thank you for the feedback, we are working on more language translations within the App, there is currently language translations on SG Arrival Card and Cargo module, you may go to the App Settings to set the language.

Previously about 2 months ago,the App opened instantly. Lately ie now this app takes about 30 seconds or more to open! Pls fix the problem. Note: I'm using the Samsung A52 5g. and I have cleared my app cache and data to no avail ie this app will not open until after 30 seconds or more! I've even reinstall the app and also tried restarting my phone. Fyi my phone have been updated to the Android 14 version and ONE UI 6.1 version.

Unable to proceed passed the Trip 1 Declaration page, where the app keeps trying to load something that never works for an SG Arrival Card. Makes me really nervous as I'm supposed to be in Singapore for the first time soon, and I'm worried I won't be able to use it and get into Singapore.
