User interface isn't good, App is very slow, unable to update Name during registration, shows some strange Errors during Checkout and payment page. Additionally, they don't have tracking information after shipment, their customer care number flashed is incorrect and if we mail them they also give auto generated reply without resolving the issue.

Shoppers Stop has very poor service. First, items show as available in the app, but after placing an order, they are not delivered and are automatically canceled later. Additionally, the refund is not fully processed. When ordering in bulk, customers expect not to be charged a delivery fee, but the app automatically cancels the order and shows the same item as available again, forcing the customer to place a new order and pay extra delivery fees. Very disappointment 😔

Laggy app. Edit: I have high end android phone, high speed internet, and using latest version of app.. Issue I faced while using the app. I have my home address already saved and yet it ask to fill out the address again during checkout, Also it lags a lot while adding stuff to cart..
