Ratings and reviews

Ordered items through the Shopper Stop app, only to receive completely different ones. Disappointed and frustrated! The app itself is slow and crashes frequently. Checking out was a hassle too, with error messages galore. Now I have wrong items and no clue how to get replacements. Contacted customer service, but their number seems incorrect, and emails get generic replies. Shopper Stop offers a terrible shopping experience. Avoid the app and shop elsewhere!

User interface isn't good, App is very slow, unable to update Name during registration, shows some strange Errors during Checkout and payment page. Additionally, they don't have tracking information after shipment, their customer care number flashed is incorrect and if we mail them they also give auto generated reply without resolving the issue.

Such a pathetic app frim such a big brand. I love shoppers stop but the app just sucks. Everytime I reinstall it with the expectation that it must have improved by now but everytime it shows me how wrong I can be about it. If you minimize the app it's gone from recent apps and just restart the whole procedure. Also the delivery experience have been disastrous. For example a product which is being delivered from Jaipur to Udaipur, it takes 10-12 days for delivery while ideally is should not than
