Decided to decrease the stars I gave for this app. This app is actually amazing, easy to use, and there are plenty of promos for our convenient. The free delivery option is always good. However, that option is a trap! Free delivery uses the delivery service provided by ID Express, the worst delivery service you can get. Why? Because your order will come to your door by the time you have already forgotten that you order something since it will take so long you won't even remember ordering.

I don't have a problem with your apps. Since UI is more better. But i have really2 problem on your shipment recommendation (kurir rekomendasi). Never learn and hear from customer that you have been complained alot for your shipment / courier recommendation. This is simple things that make your cust will let you go and use another apps( even the UI is not good but have credible shipment)

One of the most useless and incompetent customer service you can ever encounter. My friend select the wrong gender as a joke, and there is no way to update it. I reached customer service to fix it. They reply in 2 hours every message, and the answer I take is "Click three dots and change your gender on your profile. If you set before you can't change it again" that's why I reached you already. Edit: Also, year is 2024. It shouldn't be that difficult to add English support.
