Most mediocre bank and app I've ever used. It just takes forever to do the most menial tasks. Amongst the terrible features are: the app is hard to navigate - it has terrible sense of UI and required so many taps to do you what you need, it doesn't allow you to add contacts via the mobile app (despite the phone being a trusted device), and as of lately the app won't even open because it says it doesn't trust the next work I'm in (Currently using Vodafone data).

3DS authentication often doesnt appear - 8 times out of 10 it doesnt appear leaving me in limbo trying to complete my online purchase. When it does appear, it doesnt always work either so I'm not sure if payment has been taken or not. Logging in is a continuous issue, security check complete, but its not, then it tells me to update app, which i do, but that doesnt fix the issue either. Very poor. Would score less than 1 if I could. No wonder customers in Ireland are jumping ship to Revolut!!

After years of working fine, the app has been abysmal for nearly two months now. Frequent issues logging in and authorization notifications are delayed or don't appear at all, my card is sometimes randomly frozen (an issue with the bank instead of the app). I'm considering changing my bank due to the avalanche of basic functionality issues
