The app mostly works well, but it has one major downside compared with the other local bank apps I used: When making a repayment of the credit card, there is a notification that the repayment has been made. However, the app will still say "due xx Nov, xxxxS$" and even send out payment reminders for the payment that has already been done. This is really very inconvenient.

1. The keep giving me warning for credit card payments due, even though it have been paid in full. This caused unnecessary anxiety. 2. Unable to download portfolio, advice and investment statement. 3. The new update wastes third of the screen for useless advertisement, which -- when accidentally clicked-- took as away from important things that we need to do, e.g paying card bill

No timely update on the app. For example, payment of credit card bill received but after a few days it is still not reflected in the app, still show as outstanding balance.
