All of a sudden, app has stopped responding. Unable to access on mobile. Goes into a hang after pin is entered. Statement "shield running at half-integration" pops up. But have not been able to log in for over a month. Before that all was well. Have been writing to SCB, I don't think their technical team knows what is wrong. They keep repeating the same steps and questions despite my multiple responses.

whats the point of visual revamp if the login page doesn't work! not recommended. I'd give it zero starts if i could. I thought i forgot the password. i had to reset it multiple times to no avail. The same user id and password works on a browser! This rating is deserved for the amount of time I've put into it. I'm not gonna change it. Thank you.

Please fire your product manager and the senior management team who manages your app. I cant find the most basic functionality to see the list of transactions on my account. Do you guys ever try to use your own product before dumping it over customers. i recommend you try it once and understand what an amazing job you are doing in wasting time of your customer on issues that shouldn't even be an issue.
