All of a sudden, app has stopped responding. Unable to access on mobile. Goes into a hang after pin is entered. Statement "shield running at half-integration" pops up. But have not been able to log in for over a month. Before that all was well. Have been writing to SCB, I don't think their technical team knows what is wrong. They keep repeating the same steps and questions despite my multiple responses.

Pathetic and disgusting service.. Do not do banking service with Standard chartered i repeat Never do think of opening an account. They might close the account without any reason and when u call they say it is from their business side they have taken this decision and will be given very short notice.. So the suggestion is never trust this bank else if u have so much money and time to lose you can open an account and repent later

Beware of this bank. Worst bank, it was a huge mistake on my side to open accounts with them. Recently they closed my credit card without any intimation or reason, when I asked for the reason they were not able to provide me one. RBI should look into the workings of these types of banks.
