very disappointing!!! customer service via chat, 3 hours with no outcome to fix sim card issue. sim replacement is intrusive asking for sensitive and personal data by sending screen shots and take photos of you after you have been a verified customer!!! network is not reliable and no ramming in many countries! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

It looks pretty good and polished for what it does. The whole security code thing is a bit annoying but otherwise the app is fine. There are a few bugs with it though, such as it saying no network connection is you exit for more than 5 seconds but you can usually just hit the back button a few times and it goes away. Also, it is identified as being a 'game' by my phone, which automatically enters game mode which is a bit odd considering this ain't no game.

I've been with Felix for over a year and things started out great, but over the last few months the service has fallen right off with data download speeds so slow it's barely able to perform a download and browse at the same time. The app is decent, however having downloaded an update and tried to log in tonight, I'm back to name and password login 😠.and then I'm informed something went wrong. 🙄 Reinstalled, enter password and it sits there with a spinning timer. I'm off to a new provider
