Truly is the most user friendly, intuitive app I've used. Admittedly, I'm not a big app user but as a UX researcher I've been impressed. Unfortunately, NAB eliminated the app's NFC payment and thus made it irrelevant as you can do everything else via the phone's browser. That is unless you don't update the app and then you can still use it. I went out in search of a bank which has NFC payments and decided to change banks. I'm now with a bank that doesn't invest in fossil fuels.

Where are the past notifications in the nab app when I tap the bell icon. It only shows once but then disappears if I tap the bell icon again. The app cannot be worse. Where are the past notifications? Sometimes there is Internet issue and I haven't read the details of the notification but it disappears when I tap the second time. What a joke!

every time I call the support to get help with the app, I'm told that NAB is experiencing a high load of calls. Why can't I chat with someone through the app if I'm already logged in and solve the issue? I had to update my phone number and it was impossible without calling I've had to wait 10 minutes first time, second time had to hang up after 7 and third time finally someone picked up after almost 11 minutes.
