DO NOT USE BEFORE READING! This app has a fatal flaw. It's super easy to accidentally click a PAID upgrade button when scrolling down. It gives no way to undo this and customer support can't undo it either. Only solution was to start a new return. Hours of time wasted, and they don't even see this as a problem! It also very often lacks the ability to return to a previous step in general. You are just stuck and have to restart it.

I bought the version sold in stores. The same one I've used for years. I couldn't get the code to work at all on my PC. Total waste of money. So I downloaded this App. This App is not at all user friendly, ended up paying for a version I probably didn't need. I did manage to file without too much trouble, but trying to review or check different fields for accuracy is difficult. Also, I filed in Canada, but I keep getting emails reminding me to file my US return?!?

I love using this service. my taxes are very simple. so it saves me time and money having to go and file somewhere. it works for people like me who get T4s or like my boyfriend who is only on a pension T4p. For the past few years doing my taxes by myself, I can download my expenses easily which is awesome 👍. it helps if you have all your documents captured on your phone as PDFs! a little tip I picked up from using this service for the past 5 tax years
