5\16\24: I can no longer pay my bill online, it won't let me log in the USA. 2\17\24: they have created an app MiCuentaTP so we can pay for bill and it does not let you log in to pay with PayPal. I would not suggest getting there apps and stick with the web versions. 12\30\21: i was watching a college bowl game live, but it stopped. I would not recommend this app for live sports.

I would give the company as well as the app zero stars if I could . Signs you out of app then makes you resign in ,but guess what you have to recreate password . Oh wait you can't do this at the moment!!! Can't change password or sign in on website forces you to download app . And let's not get me started on the wait time for anything on technicians. If it isn't before 4pm it isnt getting done waste of money and more importantly time

Last app update was a great success.... Now it gives an error message when opening the app... Adios Totalplay... Paypal Option isn't working in the app. With every update it is getting worse. It worked fine and with the last update doesn't connect. Told then several times but no action to fix it.
