Won't show boarding passes when you lose a data connection, so it's pretty fragile. When you're on board, streams stop all the time. Listening to music, you can pretty much just play one song at a time - it never jumps to the next one. When trying to play music, the little bars animate, whether music is playing or not, which is confusing.

The contact tracing form is broken, preventing me from checking in for my flight. This form has been broken across all platforms for about as long as contact tracing has been a thing, so now I have to take time away from vacation to try and call them or arrive at that airport significantly earlier than I otherwise would have adding uneeded stress. Given how little airlines care about customer experience, I doubt it it'll ever get fixed

Horrible UI. Every time you open the app it seems to decide at random which options to include on the main screen. The app also revoked my boarding pass for a layover flight just because they thought it would be too close for me to make it. I made the flight, but had to ask the attendant in person to let me on, despite the fact that I had already checked in to the flight hours before. That delay almost made me miss my flight and spend a night in the airport. Unacceptable
