Ratings and reviews

Not sure why I get a low ratings for using the Bluetooth hands free feature but it's okay to talk to people who are physically in the vehicle and listen to music. The app does not take into account streets with speed limits of 45 -55mph. All streets are not under 40mph. I appreciate the concept of the app but it makes it difficult to get a better insurance rate. Bumpy roads are also out of my control. Should focus on monitoring fast acceleration and hard braking and not using Bluetooth.

It's 2024 & I can't manage my account billing if I have auto pay active without making a phone call? That's ridiculous, other than that Imo it is great to have this in case of certain scenarios and the app is fairly decent as well in my opinion although there could be some improvements I am pleased with it overall I'd like to see the yearly membership offer another discounted rate if posb but overall great service to have in your wallet imo.

I installed the app so that I didn't have to carry my card AND because AAA won't let me load the card into Google Wallet like a normal person would want. Most of the app is bloat and features that I won't use. Fine, I just won't open it. BUT... It sends me notifications of things I don't care about AND the app has no internal controls to limit notifications. Fine. I've turned notifications off for the app on Android. Hopefully this doesn't cause issues when I need the app for roadside assistance
