7-12-2024 Changing font size has not resolved the issue! Please help! I did send you a note. I received a response thanking me for contacting SmoothieKing. Haven't heard anything more! Since the May 15th update, the app no longer displays a full screen on the rewards screen, therefore I am unable to see and select the rewards button located at the bottom of the page! Nor can I scroll down to the rewards button. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and that doesn't fix the issue!

Was a great app. I go in at least 4 days a week and the one time I need to order the smoothie king bowls. Might I add I needed 4 and to my surprise, the bowls are no longer on the app. So instead of placing an online order, I have to go in just to WAIT. Highly disappointed. UPDATE: This app is pure GARBAGE!! And no one even bothers to try and fix it. Shame on Corporate and whoever created this Catastrophe. My trips used to be 4 days a week now it will be once a week or once a month.

The newest version of this app makes me want to stop going to Smoothie King altogether! It's so frustrating and complicated now. With the old app I had probably 100 orders without a single issue. Ever since they switched to this new app it's probably 25% of the time there is an issue (usually my fault honestly) that either doesn't send my order through, or sends it to the wrong location, or doesn't apply my rewards, etc. The old app had a nice, intuitive flow to the whole menu and ordering.
