The most unstable mobile banking app I have ever used. The app doesn't let you log in from time to time during the day. It happens very often, and no matter how much you complain, they don't care about their customers' experience and don't fix this basic issue. Also, very often, it takes too long to confirm a single transaction; it takes forever until you get a fingerprint confirmation popup.

‼️‼️‼️CRITICAL PROBLEM: the app requires a mandatory update otherwise it refuses to open. this is a very BAD practice for a bank app. you absolutely shouldn't do it this way in high-importance products for the client. Please fix this point and notify me about the fix, because THIS IS A CRITICAL PROBLEM. This disrupts the flow of use, and (worse) users who have less than 1 GB of free space on their phone won't be able to update the app and will be deprived of the ability to use it!

I just logged out and access was blocked "for security reasons" for all android applications. No official statement from the bank or any meaningful help from the support. And without the app, you cannot login on the web either. shame.
