This new update is aweful. It's super glitchy on the home page when you try to scroll through shows and everytime I try to play one, it says connection error no matter what I do. I even downloaded the episodes and they still won't play. Boo. It was perfect before. FIX IT PLEASE. Update: Customer service was great and helped reset my account. It's working again! Thank you!

I'd give it 5 stars for content but I can never watch that content. The app crashes at startup more often than not, or freezes at the profile selection screen. close the app, SpongeBob pops up, freezes, and disappears. Come back the next day and it works fine... until I stop watching. then I'm pretty much done for the day. New Android, fully updated. absolute garbage app. Update: somehow they fixed it but it only lasted about a week. then it started crashing again. still 1 star

Worst App Ever - All videos are dark as hell even after doing all of the suggested fixes. The sound also always sucks. On my TV, I have to turn it up so loud, even after all of the suggested fixes again for TV. I'll just use their web version instead. It seems to work fine. UPDATE - I see that Paramount has replied, however, I have already tried all of those steps you guys have suggested and I get no better results. I even tried them 3 times just in case something didn't take. Still didn't work!
