Hello there I would really appreciate the developments of the bank Muscat app over the time. It has become so user friendly over the time and so many features, but i would want to suggest something regarding the app The moment i login to the account, the balance page with the balance figure comes up which i feel shouldn't be shown. We can keep a click tab so that the balance appears which would be better

Since one week, the app is really very slow. I'm unable to transfer money. It keeps buffering for a very long time, and finally it says your session is timed out. Very frustrating. It used to be very fast and convenient earlier. Giving one star for the current situation.

Should logging in be this complicated ? I don't know who thought sending an sms to log in as a new device is a great idea. I've been attempting all day to set up (even in two of the bank branches, and called more than 8 times) just to lose 1,500 omr without any results. One issue like this is enough to ruin the app benefits. It's awful!
