Ratings and reviews

They require their own terrible keyboard in the app and I cannot log in anymore. I tried the email that is registered and that didn't work, and the forget membership link says I am not in the system. When I re register with the exact same information, it says I am already registered. Which is it?? Eva needs to get their IT in order Tried calling the number they provided. Got stuck at a "please provide your fax number" robot. Great job.

Since the last update the single most important feature My Trip/Check in, which lets you check your upcoming trips and do mobile check-in stopped working. So the app is now just useless. Also, when it used to work, if you get a mobile boarding pass before a gate was assigned for your flight, the gate would be left blank even after a gate became available later. And it doesn't seem there's a way to refresh the data. I have not tried too many airline apps, but this is for sure the least useful one.

my experiences with Evaair has been excellent. The quality of customer service has been the best we have ever had with any or all other airlines. The planes we have flown on have all been B777 and B787 which are on undoubtedly my favorite. I have a saying :if it ain't A B I ain't going". Even the airplane food was pretty good although I am not a fan of airplane food. There could be a little improvement with making an wifi connection but I was finally able to get it to work.
