Would be great if it worked the way it should... I do appreciate live map tracking when it works... Lots of bugs in the system... I have a package that was on its way, when it suddenly disappeared from my on the was on the home screen... I have to hit see all to bring it up to get the tracking info... Before it was in the little box on the home screen that gives the number of package on the way and delivered... I think I'll just stick to using the online site delivery manager...

Absolute garbage. How can a company as big as Fedex have an app this bad? Short answer is most likely that if you are just an individual trying to find where their package went, Fedex has less than zero interest in helping you out. I would never intentionally use Fedex they are the absolute worst if anything deviates even slightly from plan you are totally on your own

Very sluggish when loading and transitioning between screens. If you're tracking multiple inbound deliveries, after you view details of one item it takes you back to a blank list and requires the filters to be reset get back to your list of inbounds. As is, a very frustrating time hog.
