You can have good credit in good standing, and they still get rid of your account if they find one bad mark, Bank of Omaha sucks! Ford motor company needs to go with a different credit card company! That's after you've been approved for the account, have had it for almost a year, and good standing you've been using it for car repairs, anytime they find a bad mark on your Credit, they will close your account even if it's in good standing for marks that may not be perfect on your credit report.

I have never missed a payment, I am always on time and they lowered my credit limit because I had a couple of new cards, causing my credit usage to increase substantially because I had less open to buy credit. I work hard to keep my credit good, and this was NOT DESERVED! I will not be using this card because of your disregard for me being an extremely responsible customer!

If the decision is made to lower and account's credit limit, a letter is mailed with the factors that led to the decision. The rewards are nice for going towards services like oil changes and repairs but you can't do account/statement credits that I'm able to do on any of my other credit cards and the card won't allow me to make multiple payments at the same time (we have multiple bank accounts to use for certain purchases). All in all it doesn't have the features that I use the most with my credit cards.
