Would give it zero if I could. Paid triple than original price tickets for Italy, specifically Milan to Verona. Not only did my tickets say not valid for travel and no one at the stations could help, but there was a big cancellation due to a suspicious person at the station. The app didn't update whatsoever. Not only that, their app is just barely functionally. Buy direct tickets from whatever bus or train line that you are using, don't use this app

gives the train schedule just fine, but the price of tickets is consistently 20% to 200% more expensive than just buying them in person after boarding. DO NOT buy your tickets using this app! example: last night a ticket from Dunkeld to Inverness (for the next morning) cost £84. this morning it cost £40. I waited to pay on the train and it was only £16

Very easy to use if trying to book something for now. Booking later times of day is hard due to poor UI. Edit - was trying to book a round trip. The interface keeps updating and moving the train schedule I want to select. If I don't hit it right I have to throw the trip out and start over. Very frustrating. This needs a feature to pause updating the list of trains so you can actually select on without it changing while you are trying to hit it. I gave up.
