Worst experience with is app I have been trying to recharge my tag, but it shows blacklisted due low balance. Hence raised multiple complaints using helpdesk option in app but only to get it close within few hours without any resolution. How can one use this app then there is no support extended when having any concerns.

When go go for Add on tag, it shows error 'something went wrong'. I cleared data, reinstalled app still same issue. I sent email to developer mentioned here but it shows wrong email address. Pathetic app and service.

Its been more than two months that I have been complaining with NHAI team and ICICI fastag customer care team to resolve my issue as I am not able to login to ICICI Fastag portal due to technical issue at their end. Mobile OTP not getting generated as they have corrupted data. I was told to visit toll plaza, but guys over there are not aware how to resolve such issue. Login id and password not working. They can not reset your account in case you forget password. Pathegic and hopeless service
