Unable to go past agreeing terms and conditions. Clicked on terms and conditions link. It opens browser and I scrolled till end. No button or check box to click. Closed browser and come back to app. Continue button is disabled. Don't know how to proceed further. Best part is that I sent an email to the support mail id given here and it bounced saying only those inside the organisation can send emails. Then why publicly list it.

I recently received a tag from ICICI that I haven't used for a month. When I tried using it at the toll, it said "Hotlisted." This is the worst app with the worst customer support. They never respond to messages, only sending copy-paste answers in chat support without addressing customer concerns. When trying to call support, it says "connecting to agent" but no one answers.

Fraud. Blacklisted Tag without any reason despite good balance. Contacts for Customer support exist but NO one responds evn after holding for 15mins. The Complaint raised via ticketing system gets closed without reasoning post 48hours. The toll plazas mention they have problems with ICICI. And are encouraging other vendors. Such is this Tag as well as the App. Nothing but utter useless.
