This whole thing is absolutely ridiculous! The app crashes constantly, you load money on the card but some purchases get declined and very few actually go through, customer service is a joke and not a good one!! The whole experience has been stressful, frustrating and wayyyyy too time consuming!! It is horrible and I will NEVER waste my time or money on this BS again 😒

This is a horrible app and bank. The reason I opened this account in the first place convenance and use it for separate personal business. It has been anything but convenient. When I called support to ask why I can't do a mobile capture when it's plainly advertised I can, got the run around first time. Second time I didn't have time, and took it elsewhere. Third time, disgusted I called support and the lady says she transfer me to someone and I was sent to a bot who then hung up!!

When registering a card to also open an account, you better make sure you have EVERYTHING entered perfectly. Because you get no second chances if you make a typo, also no indication of what information you entered incorrectly. My card is pretty much only good at Walgreens.
