Placed an order but the location was closed when I pulled up. The order could not be cancelled, and the charge went through. There is no way to address this in the app. The contact point they give you is the physical location. They were not helpful of course. I had to dispute the credit card transaction. I have used other fast food apps. McDonald's and Wendy's have the ability to edit/cancel the order up to the check in/pick up point.

It just doesn't work. I have many restaurant apps and this one is similar the worse. First, it would not allow me to sign in. It was keep emailing me a code which the app was rejecting as wrong, which was crazy. I finally got in and just opening it, takes a good minute, it's very slow. I try to put my zip, it doesn't recognize it, the problems are just basic things that just doesn't work. I can't even go on to do anything, it's just bad.

I like how the menu is laid out. That's all. No ability to add extra of anything to an item, placing the order freezes for 4+ minutes and, the part that really upset me is that I signed up for the rewards so I could use the 20% off my first online/app order and kept getting told my order doesn't qualify!!! I'm sure a 29 dollar order should qualify. I signed up for your rewards as part of an offer for 20% off. I expect you to hold true to your end of the deal.
