After many years, I have decided to uninstall Pay & Go. Recently I made a few payments, and all of them failed. When I contacted support they asked for a reference id. Then, when I contacted the bank, they asked for a customer id. I never received any id for those payments. and neither side responds without it. It’s really confusing and frustrating to deal with this situation.

This is the worst app i ever used in my life to payments. Their customer service is also bad. We need to make payments not when we want. When they want. totally disappointed.
