This is a good app. It helped us during Umrah trip. The option to make reservation for Noble Rawdah visit works great. The option to buy tickets for Umrah golf cart has several seriouse problems.It requires you to create an account prompting you to enter all sort of information that seems unecessary. After multiple tries,I was unable to create an account and unable to buy tickets. Costumer service told me that I need a Saudi Sim to buy tickets. This needs change as not everyone has a Saudi Sim.

If you sign up with a Google account, the app doesn't show your last name. It doesn't even recognize Canadian addresses. I initially enjoyed the navigation/maps option, but I don't see it anymore. It certainly has a lot of glitches.

In the history of Saudi Arabia, there has never been anything as useless as this app. I couldn't perform Nafl prayers in Riyadh Al-Jannah because this app had stopped working there, and the staff at the service center there are extremely unprofessional. If there was an option for less than one star, I would give this app a star rating.
