This app is great when it works. But when it doesn't, it doesn't. Support is hard to get a hold of since they have no number to call, and the email queue is abysmally slow. This is the only delivery app I know of that has critical errors to the degree where you can't even log back in to log out and turn off the notifications from being annoying. Their technical team really needs to step it up, then this app will be perfect.

The app doesn't work. I can do all options except for the last option to complete the order the tech team is usless. They blame the problems on the Runner saying it's our phone and our internet connection and the. They tell us to do unless troubleshooting. We shouldn't do troubleshooting since it's on favor end on not Checking to see of the apl works or not I'll stick to doordash until favor finds and fixes the problems.

The app closed the map, and displayed itself. I was at the proported location, which turned out to be wrong. I tried to open maps to verify my location, but the favor app kept closing my map, forbiding me to use it, because I guess it concluded I had arrived. However, it is NOT up to the favor app to decide for me whether I am going to open maps or not. It was trying to control my phone and my actions. That is unacceptable.
